Toxic Effects of Excessive
Consumption of Simple Sugars
Excessive consumption of simple sugars increases the body's production of
Adrenaline by up to 400%, accelerates the aging process by causing
cross-linking (Glycosylation) of the body's proteins, increases the risk
of atherosclerosis and damages the blood vessels due to causing cross-linking
of the collagen tissue within the blood vessels. Other common disorders of
excessive consumption of simple sugars include but are not confined to:
Kidney damage
Irritable bowel
Hypertension
Obesity
Cataracts
Food Allergies
Candida Albicans
Cancer
Fatigue
Immune System Suppression
Hypercholesterolemia
Joint Problems
Premenstrual Syndrome
Premature aging of Skin
In essence, because simple sugars contain no
nutrients, they rob systemic stores of essential nutrients to facilitate their
own digestion, which in the long-term leads to serious cellular malnutrition
with all of the consequences thereof. Now consider this. The Diabetic
Associations have eased off on the consumption of sugar, even promote (sell)
Jelly Babies (pure glucose) allegedly to fund finding a cure for juvenile
diabetes (do not hold your breath here) because sugar per se does not rate more
than 65 on the Glycemic Index. This is tantamount to causing all of the
disorders listed above. Something really stinks here! We have so-called
nutritionists aiding and abetting the escalation of disease in our society. It
is the writer’s considered opinion that simple sugars are the major
contributors to killer diseases and chronic illness in our society.
